    The “Ștefan cel Mare” University of Suceava signed in May 2023 with the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digitalization, as the Coordinator of reforms and/or investments for the C9 component – ​​Support for the private sector and RDI (PNRR), the financing contract for the project Creation and development of the Center for Guidance, Association and Counseling in Research Careers for the North-Eastern Development Region of Romania within the “Ștefan cel Mare” University of Suceava (COACH USV).

The project with code 9/31.01.2023 was approved within the call for projects entitled Establishment and financial support of a national network of eight regional career guidance centers as part of the ERA TALENT PLATFORM, Component 9 – Support for the private sector and RDI (PNRR), Investment I10 – Establishment and financial support of a national network of eight regional career guidance centers as part of the ERA TALENT PLATFORM and will be carried out no later than 30.06.2026.

     General objective of the project: Establishment and financial support of the North-East Regional Center for Research Career Guidance as part of the ERA TALENT PLATFORM.

     The specific objectives of the project are:

O1: Promoting science among young people in the North-East Region and attracting them to research;

O2: Promoting research results among the general public and local communities, to illustrate the importance of research in the economic development of the community;

O3: Assisting researchers from the North-East Region in their research careers and presenting new research career paths in academia, industry and business;

O4: Creating favorable conditions for the integration of researchers from outside Romania into R&D organizations in the North-East Region for short or long-term internships.
